Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the provision of travel agent services by Scholar International Cultural Exchange Centre Limited (referred to as “the Travel Agent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (referred to as “you” or “the client”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.

  1. Services Provided
    2.1. The Travel Agent provides travel-related services, including but not limited to, booking flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel arrangements on behalf of the client.
    2.2. The Travel Agent acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies) to facilitate the booking and fulfillment of travel arrangements.
  2. Client Responsibilities
    3.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the booking process, including traveler names, contact details, passport information, and any other necessary details.
    3.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health requirements, are valid and up-to-date.
    3.3. The client is responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers, including cancellation policies, baggage allowances, and any additional terms specific to the booked services.
  3. Bookings and Payments
    4.1. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers.
    4.2. The client agrees to pay the Travel Agent for the services rendered, including the cost of travel arrangements, service fees, and any applicable taxes or surcharges.
    4.3. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule and may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
    4.4. The Travel Agent reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if payment is not received within the specified timeframe or if the client fails to comply with the payment terms.
  4. Cancellations and Changes
    5.1. Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the travel suppliers and the type of service booked.
    5.2. The client is responsible for understanding and complying with the cancellation and change policies specific to their bookings.
    5.3. The Travel Agent will assist the client in requesting cancellations or changes, but cannot guarantee the acceptance or refund of such requests, as it is subject to the travel supplier’s policies.
    5.4. The client may be responsible for any cancellation or change fees imposed by the travel suppliers, in addition to any service fees charged by the Travel Agent.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    6.1. The Travel Agent acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, injury, damages, delays, or expenses incurred by the client or their companions during the course of travel or due to the acts or omissions of travel suppliers.
    6.2. The Travel Agent shall not be liable for any unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events that may disrupt travel arrangements.
    6.3. The Travel Agent’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered by the Travel Agent.
  6. Privacy and Data Protection
    7.1. The Travel Agent collects and processes personal information provided by the client for the purpose of facilitating travel bookings and providing travel-related services.
    7.2. The Travel Agent will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy, which is available on our website.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
    8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the provision of travel agent services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
